PROCESSING OF ORDERS
Purchases are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Western Australia). A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.
SHIPPING
Australia:
Orders are shipped via AusPost. Delivery expected within 1-4 working days for Express & 2-8 working days for Standard (delivery times may vary).
International:
We ship to most international locations, with delivery expected in 6-27 days. If your order has not arrived within this timeframe, please contact us with your full name and order number for assistance.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
